For more than 180 years, the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary has been committed to treating the most common, as well as the most challenging and difficult, diseases of the eye, ear, nose, throat, head and neck.
As the primary teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School in these specialties, the Infirmary provides an unparalleled setting for providing patient care and conducting scientific investigations in ways that bring laboratory advances to the patient as quickly as possible. Our commitment to research has led to numerous discoveries and new treatments, and remains a source of hope to many thousands of people facing a loss of vision, hearing, voice or balance.
Though much progress has been made, the Infirmary continues the fight to diagnose, treat, prevent, and one day, cure, these devastating disorders. Support from generous individuals will accelerate the pace of discovery and bring relief sooner to the many millions of people throughout the world who must live each day with these conditions.
Join the fight to preserve and restore sight, hearing, speech and balance by making a gift to support the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. There are many ways that you can give. All gifts are important and are deeply appreciated.
